I adore this headset. The pros are, its very loud, it shuts off after a while if its not being used to save battery, pretty comfortable, long battery life and can be used while charging, very adorable, easy to clean, wireless is a game changer, and I like having the different options on the headset to change the sound but personally, I use the green option the most since it sounds the best. the cons I would say is that it doesn't have as much bass as their other Somic headsets, i wish there was a sound notification or bigger light to show its low on battery. An example being if the entire headset would turn red and blink to show it was running low or almost dead, instead of the orange light I can only see if I take it off or if it dies while I'm gaming lol. It doesn't sound as good when wired with the black cord and the cord is short, the leather on the padding should be replaced with a different material since it can cause sweating, and sometimes the lights cut out for me (to fix it just shut it off and then turn it back on). If you plan on using it with your pc, use it while charging instead of plugging in the black wiring cord if it dies, and then unplug when fully charged and use the usb. other than that its a solid 4.8/5 and immersive for gaming.

Battery life go brr //3

I love the headset! It works fine and the audio quality is pretty good to a casual gamer like me! I'm not an audiophile but it sounds just fine! My only complaint is that the battery life isn't very long /3 it will only last abt 5 or 6 hours before it dies (on a full charge) I can live w this though as it still works when plugged in, I just wish the cord it came with was longer so I don't feel so tethered to my PC tower after my headset dies

Great gift

I got this for my partner because they wanted pink cat headphones. They game a lot and use these all the time. The audio quality is better than my Corsair wired headphones. The mic quality is really good to for a wireless set. It does come with an aux cord so you can still use them after the battery dies but the battery lasts for all day gaming. Would highly recommend anyone interested in these to get them.

Good Headset.

This headset is really good. My favorite thing about them is being able to change the lights. I’d definitely recommend these. The shipping was kind of long, but it was worth it.

General Questions

Does the GS510 2.4GHz headset use Bluetooth?

The GS510 2.4GHz Wireless uses a gaming-grade 2.4GHz wireless platform and it comes with a USB dongle. This gives you significantly better performance than Bluetooth.

The audio is lossless instead of compressed for far better quality. It also has ultra-low latency so that you hear every sound as it syncs with the game.

Why isn't my wireless headset working with Nintendo Switch?

The Nintendo Switch has two main play modes: console mode when docked, and mobile when the screen is removed from the dock.
When in mobile mode the only audio connectivity is via the 3.5mm headset jack cable, which means that wireless headsets cannot be used.
In docked console mode, it can be used wirelessly.

What's the meaning behind the different LED signals of the transmitter?

Solid blue light - Headset connected
Blue flashing - Waiting for connection

If the transmitter is flashing blue, there is usually no device connected and it is searching for a connection. The easiest way to change this is to remove the transmitter and plug it back in. Hold the"mode" button for 3s, then release your fingers.
When the LED of the transmitter is solid blue, a connection can then be established again.
