Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet! The following countries are available to ship: Austria, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. More countries will be available soon, so stay tuned!

How long will it take to get my order?

It usually takes 2 working days to process your order.(expect weekend and holidays)

Packages usually arrive at your destination within 2-7 working days, if the item was shipped from our warehouses in the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. (while the item is in stock in the above warehouses.)

If the item was shipped from China (the item is out of stock in the overseas warehouse), it may take 10-15 business days (shipping times do vary due to location)

I received an email saying my order has shipped, so why can't I track it on the Shipping Provider's website?

If you received an email saying that your order has shipped, then your order is indeed on its way to your home. It may take up to 24-48 hours for the Shipping Provider's system to reflect the location of your shipment. Please note your tracking number may appear as "not found" in the Shipping Provider's system during the first 24-48 hours.

After seeing the tracking number, you could go to our tracking order page and see more details of the delivery.

Shipping Provider's Tracking says I received my package. Where is it?

If you're having trouble receiving your headset, send us an email with your order information and we'll work with the Shipping Provider to track down your package. In the event that this happens, we ask that you remain patient, since determining the location may take up to 2-3 days.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

At this time, we can only ship to a physical address.

Return & refund

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly with your order number and we’ll take you through the process.

Is the return process different if I ordered through Amazon?

There is a difference in return processes between ordering on Amazon and ordering directly at itsomic.com.
If you purchased directly from itsomic.com, then we will handle all aspects of your order and you can contact us by email or chat for assistance with returning your headset.
If you purchased a somic headset through Amazon, then follow these steps to begin your amazon return:
Log into your Amazon account
Go to the Amazon return page at https://wwww.amazon.com/returns/order
Find your item in the list
Click "Return or Replace Item"
Amazon will help start to arrange return shipping.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 1-3 business days. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 7 working days before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

GS510 2.4G Wireless Headset Manually Pairing with Wireless Adapter

The headset and wireless adapter are already paired together for first-time use. If manual pairing is necessary, follow the steps below to pair the headset and wireless adapter together.

Make sure the headset is powered on.

Plug the USB wireless adapter into the PC, PS4/5. The USB wireless adapter LED will be fast blinking. Long press the headset power button for 3 seconds to enter the pairing mode. The headset lighting will be fast blinking.

When both the USB wireless adapter LED are solid, pairing is completed.

GS510 Wireless Nintendo Switch Compatibility

Option 1

You can connect the wireless adapter to a side USB port on the Nintendo Switch dock.

Then, Power on the headset.

Finally, when the wireless adapter status light is solid, the headset is now connected to the adapter.

Option 2

You connect it to the headphones connector on the Switch console By using a USB-C adapter (not included in the package), or using the included 3.5mm cable.

Note: When you use the 3.5mm wired cable, the headset will disable the RGB light and mode setting, you could only adjust the volume +/_.

How to change GS510 Wireless RGB Lights?

Light on/off

Click the touch area 3 times to turn on/off the RGB light.

Light color switch

Press the touch area for 2s to switch the color.

Note: The GS510 3.5mm wired headset doesn't support color change, it only has white color.

Why my GS510 can't change the RGB color?

For the GS510 collection, only the 2.4GHz wirelessBluetoothUSB wired, and GS510 Pro versions, these four types of headsets have RGB light effect. if you buy the 3.5mm wired version, it only has white light color instead of RGB.

When you buy the RGB headset and the light doesn't work, please try the following steps:

Make sure install the speaker tags on the right side. for 2 pairs of the spearker tags, there's a "left" and "right" mark on the cover.

Make sure press the touch area instead other area.

What is the difference between GS510 Pro and GS510 2.4GHz wireless?
