How to troubleshoot and resolve the headset issue on the GS510 pro?
If you are experiencing issues with your GS510 Pro gaming headset, try doing the following to see if it will help with the issue.

1. How to turn on/off the headset?
Power on
Hold down the “power” button for 2 seconds. You will hear a voice saying “power on” and the RGB lights will turn on.
Power off
Hold down the “power” button for 2 seconds. You will hear a voice saying “power off” and the RGB lights will turn off.
2. How to reset the dongle when the headset can’t connect to your device?
Step 1: Plug the wireless transmitter into the USB port of your computer.
Step 2: Insert a small pin into the reset hole(next to the LED indicator) on the transmitter, then push in for at least one second until The LED rapidly blink blue.
Step 3: Hold down the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the headset. When the blue light on the USB transmitter is solid, the pairing is completed.
3. How to use the Bluetooth function?
With the headset on, open the Bluetooth setting on your mobile phone and search the name of the headphone “SOMIC STINCOO GS510” to connect. When you hear a voice saying “connected”, the pairing is completed.
Note: when you are trying to connect the headset to your Bluetooth device, please make sure the USB transmitter of headset was unplugged from other devices.
4. How to set up the headset on PC?
Step 1 : Plug the USB transmitter into the USB Port of your devices.
Step 2: On the screen of your PC, right-click the speaker icon on the taskbar and select the headphone “SOMIC STINCOO GS510 WIRELESS”.
Step 3: For the mic or audio setting, Please make sure to set the device as a "Default Recording/Playback Device".
5. About the RGB lights setting.
To change the RGB Lights, press the touch area (which is on the left speaker tags) for 2 seconds.
If you want to turn on/off the lights, click the touch area 3 times.
6. Why was the RGB light turned off when the headset was connected by using the 3.5mm aux cable?
When plugging the 3.5mm aux cable into your device, the cable doesn’t support the power of the RGB lights, so it will automatically turn off. But the audio is still working even if the light is off.
